super easy to use, for body or ambient/surface temps
I originally purchased this item at a big box store. They have since changed to a different brand that is ridiculously complex and overpriced. I found this on amazon and quickly bought 2 more so that I don't risk misplacing or breaking the only one I had.No complicated programming. Insert AAA batteries. Turn on. Default mode is body temp. Press 'on' again to take a no-touch body temp. Readings are consistent and nearly instant.Seller packaged this in a bubble wrap mailer, in the original boxes. Arrived promptly, intact, thank you USPS.

We got this as a travel thermometer. We have used it a few times and it works great. Very easy to pack in our overnight diaper bag

I use this thermometer at work and it's great. Easy to use, pretty darn accurate.

Inaccurate
Temperature fluctuates up to 4 degrees. My daughter was sick so we used the Vicks no touch thermometer and it read 106.2. I tried it again within 2 seconds and it read 104.1. Tried it again within a few seconds and it read 101.9. It always gives you a different temperature even when the temp is taken within seconds of each other. Very disappointed

Great dual function device. Use it nearly every day
This device is an excellent addition for our purposes. We use both functions all the time. Testing bath water and meat and our body temperature in this age of pandemic.
