I ddnt expect less anyways.To be sincere,this product is worth my money.The shipping was a smooth one.I ddnt have to wait too long.The bottle has a very good ergonomics.It has a pump for easy use.The product itself is bomb...it does wonders.I have one of the hardest hair in the world and for it to be able to soften my hair,it can soften any hair...trust me.I have a 4c hard and frizzy hair.Overall the product is just perfect.I advise you to buy it.You wnt use much to see result and there is enough to last you monthsss.

Big quantity for amount you paid. Did not do wonders for me but good enough as an everyday conditioner. The conditioner smells like the hospital and washes off without the slimy feel like all other conditioner, where you would not know if you rinse off enough. Overall satisfied.
