Like some other reviewers, I was skeptical, but ordered based on the reviews here. I was even more skeptical when I opened the box and saw that it was "lite" tofu (I still don't know what that means, exactly). The stuff even looks bad as you slide it out of the box. However, it is a fantastic tofu product. It is smoother than any tofu I've bought from the grocery store, and I have used it in soups, stir fry, wraps, and plain. This will be the only tofu I buy from now on. If you like silky tofu, you will like this product. In addition to being awesomely tasty, it keeps unrefrigerated in my pantry. From experience, I know it keeps at least five days in the fridge once opened.

The tofu is in a great size for our 2-person family. And storage is easy as it doesn't have to be refrigerated ahead of using it. Tastes great too!

This is a wonderful product! I love it. It's an awesome dairy alternative. These are a couple of dairy free desserts I made with this product, peach mango parfait, cinnamon vanilla delight, and I have also made other desserts, and sauces, I made a mushroom Alfredo sauce. I love using this product, it just makes cooking so much easier.

I'm eating a low carbohydrate, ketogenic diet but I don't like meat. This is a great product for a vegan ketogenic diet. Almost no carbohydrate and high in protein. My favorite recipe is a smoothie made with one package of tofu combined with the grated peel of one lemon, 1/2 lemon of juice, and some monk fruit sweetener.

Just what was promised

This arrived last night and it smelled of insecticide. The outer box was evidently saturated with some kind of chemical. We removed it from the outer box, then the manufacturers box and plastic wrap. It smelled so bad I put the individual boxes out in the garage to air out. You can not touch this stuff without getting this smell all over your hands. We can't eat this stuff. I buy this all the time and it has never arrived in this condition. It is not eligible for return.

I had to use this up quick since the expiration date was the same month I bought it.

Add a little apple cider vinegar, 1/2 a lemon, salt, granulated garlic and onion — and blend. Add a handful of cashews for more creaminess, if using high-powered blender. Add nutritional yeast, and a touch of liquid smoke, if cheesy flavor desired. Other spices or herbs as desired. Delicious, and easy!
