The ring mount to attach the bag to the tank is an efficient and secure method for on/off installation. Installing the mounting hardware was easy and allows you to adjust the placement of the bag in relation to your handlebars and your body. This is a great tank bag that is capable of accepting electronics if you wish to go that route. This is a well-constructed product that will not disappoint. Review: Would buy again! - High quality tank bag. Installation was pretty straightforward, they even include a template so the drilling is precise. It’s the perfect size for what I wanted. Installed on a Triumph Tiger 800 XC. The bag matches the lines of the tank nicely. The quick release cable is metal which is a nice touch and hopefully a sign of long term reliability.

Motech tank bag
I highly recommend this tank bag for use on a 2019 BMW R1250RT. It works for small things and I leave the bottom slightly unzipped for the two garage/gate openers I use everyday.

Nice quality. Does require drill and block of some sort to install the mounting assembly. It was nice for the customization but a bit of a pain having to drill through cover.
