Diese Pfanne ist gut verarbeitet, ohne scharfe Kanten, insbesondere am Rand der Pfanne. Ich habe sie so behandelt, wie ich meine Edelstahlpfannen normalerweise behandle, um eine Antihaftbeschichtung zu erzielen. Insgesamt hat die Pfanne eine gute Wärmeverteilung vom Kapselboden aus. Sie ist ein Muss in jeder Küche, da sie die gesündere Variante ohne künstliche Antihaftbeschichtungen und Chemikalien ist. Wenn Sie sich an die Küchenregeln halten, dass kalte Speisen nicht mit einer heißen Oberfläche in Berührung kommen oder dass Sie das Essen nicht wenden, bevor es gewendet werden sollte, werden die Speisen nicht an der Pfanne haften bleiben.
