The maximum pressure or PSI is determined by the information on the sidewall of the tire and not on the inner tube. Hope this helps.

The same tube fits multiple wheels. I needed the 700x38C and this was a perfect fit. Just follow the instructions on the box.

it's a pressure you should not exceed. Most tires will have this printed on the side wall. for bike tires it's normally 60 PSI, but you need to check the tire and tube.
