This looks prettier than in the photos. This covers my neck, shoulders and entire back. It has magnetic closures at the neck and can be used with or without closing them. It has high quality fur like fabric which feels pleasantly cool until I add heat. It also had a very pleasant light herb scent. It is light warm gray on one side and light brown on the other. A long cord connects to a standard outlet. I absolutely love this product and purchased two, one for each recliner in my living room.

Got this for my husband as a Christmas gift. Stays hot, works great & he loves it. I have used it a few times too and think it's great. It does turn off automatically after a period of time (maybe 30 min?) So if it's starts feeling not as hot, it's possible that it just turned off & needs to be restarted. Would definitely buy again - highly recommend!

This is the third time I've purchased this same product. This last time, the product did not work for more than 10 minutes. I did the troubleshooting several times and the same thing kept happening. Junk junk junk

This was my valentines gift for my husband. His old heating pad was hideous....old, small, ugly looking. My husband always has sore muscles from working hard. His neck, his shoulders, his lower back. This heating pad warms all areas at once. He can even get up, walk around, and come back to his seat without getting cold. It's soft, comfortable, and he absolutely loves it. Very highly recommend this product.

I wish the heat around neck and shoulders was as warm as the back, that it was a little wider, and weighted more. Other than that it is good.

Very short return window specially when needed. A thirty day return window. I bought this in the summer. Did not use it much a couple times now. The electrical cords around the area of the knack are all bunched and get very hot.. I like the unit but it is not very durable. I would've liked to return it but miss the window buy a few days.
