I would buy this primarily for conversation either via normal phone calls or what's app, messenger. do these perform well for accepting, talk, end?

I drive a taxi and used the Jlab head set as my hands free in receiving and calling out and they were very good for that ... after a full charge they lasted a full 8/10 hour shift. I felt however they were hard on the ear when compared to my new and cheaper set (I lost my Jlabs when on a driving holiday)

What port do i plug the charging case into

Not sure what exactly you mean but to charge me Earbuds daily I use the cable provided and plug the UHB end into a charging plug linked to the electric mains. The other end I plug into the charging case and go and make a cup of tea. I like them. Very light compared to ptrvious one I have had and their good battery life sees me through a full 8 to 10 hour driving shift.

Product not charging. Was working fine. Just not charging now with no white lights showing.

when I put mine in and close the case it shows white lights to show the case battery strength, then one light at each end glows blue to show both ears are charging. Sometimes only one appears to be charging I remove them and start again and also run the contacts to ensure a good connection, this normally sorts the problem. If your referring to your case not charging I have not experienced that before .
