work very well
I prefer these discs over the plastic ones which always feel they are close to breaking. I got the large size, so I have plenty of room to plant my foot. The discs spin easily and I use them in a variety of gait training exercises.

Great product but
I want to give them 5 stars so bad but I felt they were a little expensive for what it is. I love using a balance disk while working out and this one works as described. If you like balance disks and can afford this one I would recommend it.
