The “Haynes” manual of managing diabetes with insulin
A number of people spoke glowingly about this book on Diabeties.co.uk forum page. I’ve only read a few chapters (on items I was specifically looking for answers on the internet to) and it’s absolutely brilliant. So much information that’s not easily accessible elsewhere and right bang up to date in this 3rd edition (2020). Can’t recommend this book highly enough although I still have plenty more chapters to get through. I honestly don’t believe you will read a better book than this on managing diabetes (with insulin) and it’s worded very easily for everyone to understand. I will be recommending it to my Diabetes Specialist nurse as I’m sure there will be things in the book that will be of great benefit to both herself and her team. As for now, I’m intent on getting to the final chapter as soon as I can !!!

Diabetes book for peace
Bought for my partner whose job role is related to diabetes.I think she likes it, because she ignored me for three days. 5 stars for the peace.

Really excited
Got this book back a few days ago and I'm so excited to read it. It came back really fast and in immaculate condition. Now just to find the time to read it

A must-read for type oners. Goes into many aspects of T1D care.Up to date, easily understandable, witty and informative.NHS should give it away!
