Will this bend around a bull nose step?

Which glue is best to stick it to itself in a 45 degree angle?

When i bought the light ash trim i used it for around the skirting board for the new flooring in my parents old bedroom and the young lad that was putting down the flooring he used a nail gun to secure the trim against the skirting board. I don't know where you want to use your trim but! if its for around a window clear silicone maybe.
