No, the original product does not come sealed.

Q: How long do you leave it on before washing it off?

Put it on before shower like a face mask and let it dry, about 10 minutes. Then scrub well with hands.

Q: would this remove bumps on underarms?

I expect that would depend on the cause of the bumps.....but I have noticed it makes my skin noticeably smoother.

Q: How often should you use?

I use it every other day. I do not use natural deodorant and still notice a huge difference.
