Q: Does the writing bleed through the page on standard copier paper?

I use these to take notes nearly every day at work and the only bleed I see in my steno pad is from whenever I press harder than usual, but even then the bleed is very minor. I am assuming that standard copier paper is thicker than what's in my steno pad.

Q: What's the color of the body is it black? Looks blue in the picture

The majority of the pen is black - the blue and / or red stripe at the very top tells you what color the ink is. Black ink pens have a white stripe.

Q: Is this a ballpoint type ink? In my line of work only ballpoint is allowed as it is considered indelible. Will this be good?

Yes this is a good pen. I have went through 2 packs of them in a little over 1 year. I used blue ink and I had to fill out inspection books. There is 3 copies for one inspection and you can read it on all copies.

Per Uni-ball, 1.0mm is "Bold", 0.7mm is "Fine", and 0.5mm is "Extra Fine".
