There are blow up. Not the floating type
I went to Party City and the women told me that if she filled them with helium, they'd only last 6 to 8 hours. So I guess I'm blowing them up. It's my fault for not reading the description. However, I used an air mattress pump for the number one and the word, one, and the rest I blew up. They turned out really well. Updating to 5 stars. They were all good. No holes like others suggested. If you know they don't take helium, and you intend to use them with tape or as an arch, they're beautiful.Update: I kept the #1 for memories and 2 months later it is STILL PERFECTLY INFLATED! These are very good quality!

The "one" balloon is much smaller than the picture shows
Overall great for photo shoots, just note that the "one" balloon is smaller than the "1" and it's kinda hard to make the confetti stick to the sides.Overall they make for a cute photo shoot!

Good for price
Nice set. 2 of the confetti balloons had holes. I wasn’t surprised based on the other reviews. The insertion hole for the plastic star on the ‘1’ was not clear-cut. The set is pretty, however. Overall, I’d buy again.

2 came with holes, the “one” balloon popped when inflating, and none of the balloons maintained the helium an drooped before our party even started. And they do no provide enough ribbon for all the balloons.

Didnt match Dory theme
We bought these colorful and vibrant balloons in our search for Dory-themed party decorations. We searched high and low at various stores, but to no avail. Finally, we stumbled upon these balloons which seemed like a decent substitute. However, our luck changed when we discovered Dory balloons on this website. We immediately ordered them and decided to return these balloons to avoid having duplicates. The process of returning was smooth and hassle-free, and we were able to get a full refund..
