I may not be using this quite the way it was intended, but over the weld wire between the feed rollers and the torch cable was bad about kinking if the wire were not perfectly straight. The lubricant on these pads not only helps support the wire and keeps it from kinking, but the lubricant makes it much easier to feed through the torch cable. I HIGHLY recommend these if you're having trouble with the weld wire kinking during feed.
