I have used it several times so far. It does the job as described. It sticks very well, however if you take the shoes off several times a day, do it slowly or it will peel off from either side of the pad. All in all, it is recommended.

The adhesive is very sticky and the padding is significant . Used on several pairs of shoes and walked in them without any movement of the pads . Good product

Sticky enough but quite thin. More of just a protection like a band aid to avoid calluses. Will not completely increase tightness if you are looking to make a loose heel tighter to fit.
