I love the taste of this stuff. I think lemon goes with anything and I add a little scoop to my water in the morning or before I workout and I do feel like I have more energy. I need to be more consistent to feel a big difference, but I do feel this works! I also do not feel bloated or anything with this. The powder does go everywhere when you scoop or pour water on it so I recommend adding water to your cup then the creatine and then more water. Just if you don’t want the mess
