Product delivered is not the same as described in features section. I ordered the product having replacement tip as shown in pictures and features section as well but one I got is without replacement tip. And after replacing the product, same product sent again(i.e without replacement tip). And their is no option for refund to pay balance while trying to return this again, only option to refund to bank account ia available.

Hi,I got this product with 2 large stickers stuck on it's instructions area at the back. So, much of instructions were lost. It doesn't tell anywhere what kind of battery it needs. I read the comments to find about the battery, the device doesn't seem like it will need regular AA batteries, coz they fit small. I've not tried the product yet but as most of the comments go, it seems it'll drain the battery if it ever becomes operational. Had to settle for this as I couldn't find a wired one. It better work for a few months at least.

Good and handy product. Practice engraving on some waste items before trying on any expensive items as it would require a little firm hand and art to get best results.I have tried on metal and plastic so far.

Good enough product. The tips were a little off center that made the footprint of the engraving a little larger than expected. Needs a bit of getting used to for easy manipulation. I am still getting the hang of it, after using it for a week on different surfaces. Works on almost all surfaces well.

The engraver works fine but because the top is big it's hard to carve on small surfaces (pens and rings) . And there's some getting used to cause to on it you gotta press the button and engrave at the same time .
