Great size for miniature wargamming.
These magnets are a great size for miniature war gaming pieces. Perfect for rotating turrets in tanks, moving arms and legs and a host of other attachments that you want to be able to remove or rotate. They are too big for miniature humanoid figures but the 4x2mm works for table top war games like Battletech, Warhammer machines and more. The attraction of these magnets is amazing. Using the large magnet to keep polarity correct in all your miniatures is a very handy device and works well. For miniature figurines I would go with the 1x2mm or 1x3mm magnets for rotating arms and such. Glad I bought them. Perfect for what I’m use them for.

Great Magnets For Minis!
I use these magnets to magnetize the bases of my minis. After buying three different sets from different sellers—these being my first from Amazon.I have to say these ones are one of the best value for magnetic strength. They’re not too thick for bases either. Not only that but they come in their own small container so they don’t get lost in a toolbox.

Nice strength and handy tool included
The long bar is great for holding magnets from snapping together while gluing multiple magnets to a model’s base. It also helps control polarity positioning without guesswork while handling and applying these. The magnets themselves are probably best for larger limb swapping options. They’re a bit small for bases imo and a little large for regular infantry models.Overall this is a nice product.

Bought specifically to use with SAK Cybertool
Bought this to create a magnetic bit holder for the SAK Cybertool driver. I can confirm the 4x2mm magnet works great. Don’t need any adhesive or glue, just drop it in and the magnetic force keeps it in place within the cybertool driver. It creates enough magnetic pull to keep the bits in place perfectly. The 4x2mm size also is thin enough that with a bit in place the driver still folds perfectly.Quick tip, if you want to remove the magnet just insert the stack of 4x2mm into the driver and it’ll pull the single magnet out without issue. I was afraid the stack would get stuck in the driver but I’m happy to report that didn’t occur.Quick tip #2, place 1-3 of the 5x2 onto the inner flat part of the driver shaft and you’ll always have a few magnets to use for whatever needs you may have. Now the reason for 4 stars is the 3x1mm magnets are kinda useless. They are tiny and have weak magnetic force. I can’t think of any use for them unless you have very specific needs for that size. All in all happy with my purchase. I had very specific needs for it and it worked perfectly for the SAK Cybertool.

Magnets rrived quickly and in good shape.
Magnets came in a small plastic container that holds them well and with a N/S bar that makes it easier to handle the small magnets. My project:I bought a Seeding Square that proved to be a knock off from the real product. It didn’t come with a magnetic dibber or snap on funnel so the small parts are easily lost when moving from place to place. My fix:Using 2-5mm magnets in each leg I was able to attach the funnel to the back of the square where they hold onto a ring I made from a thin business card magnet -I used E6000 to glue onto the back.I used 4- 12mmx1mm magnets for the back of the dibber slot and drilled a hole to put a metal bar inside the dibber and covered both with water weld.It works well and I can take the square to the garden and not loose the parts. If I did the project again I might put the magnets into the dibber and put a metal plate on the back of the slot for them to attach to.NOTE: These are strong magnets for their size but the surface area puts limits to what they can hold. You can stack magnets together to make a stronger pull but after you exceed the width of the magnet stacking more won’t make them stronger. I decided 2 in each leg for 4mm thickness was adequate and didn’t add a 3rd for 6mm height stacked as the magnets I used were only 5mm wide.
