My son had ordered one similar about a year ago, well it worked so good... he took it with him when he moved out. After about a week of searching- I found this one. I wasn't into the pads and just wanted relief. Boyo did this do the job! I only have to use about 2 times a week to relieve stress and tightness in my back due to degeneration. I love this little back stretcher! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This product ended up being very difficult to assemble. It is 100% plastic not user friendly. It then hurt my back rather than helping it, I was using the product correctly and while looking deeply into the instructions it says, "We reject any liability claims which could arise from the use of the MBS." It is also is a very hard surface versus its competitor chirp wheel. Spend the extra few dollars if you can. I could also pop my back better (and having more pops) by using different floor only exercises.

Works well my husband uses it every night. It is a little hard. But it seems to help him.

The nipples are super painful … throw a shirt over it and it’ll be perfect !!
