I was already aware of the overall qualities of this kit, so I didn't hesitate to buy one for my own new house. I'm 6' 5" tall, with medical issues, and this was important to my comfort. This is SO MUCH nicer to use (and clean) than a riser you put on top of the seat. I replaced the 1969 "child-size" toilet with an American Standard #731AA001S, and with this particular combination, you'll use the 2nd set of holes from the back. I bought the riser before swapping toilets, and my Plumber didn't charge extra labor, in fact I saved a few bucks on the installation because the kit comes with 2 wax rings and supply line. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and so this makes it easier to sit or get up from the toilet. Much easier on my knees. I don't like the look of raised toilet seats and found this to be a much better option.
