Oral Spray in MCT Oil, 1200 mg, Lemon, 30 ml, NO THC

I started using Vitality CBD Oral Spray in MCT Oil, 1200mg a week ago, and I have to say—it’s made such a difference in my daily life. I've been researching CBD oil products for a while now. I've read lots of reviews and wanted give an honest review in return.... Everything depends on the proof of CBD purity and whether it has been lab batch tested. These products aren't produced in the same way as Pharma product, so the quality can vary per batch. The proof of purity vs expense is what to look for. Many companies have different CBD extraction processes along with a wide price range. For this price, 'Vitality' (UK company) seems pretty good, but check your sell by dates. a few reviews stated 'out of date' stock (Amazons fault I think). To me, I couldn't detect any harsh flavour (I used natural & lemon). As for effects of a months use: I had no respite from any pain. I have lower back and neck problems and this had no effect for me. The main successes was a restful night's sleep and feeling somewhat calmed! I suffer from insomnia and after using this nightly I been enjoying a deep sound sleep. However, with my next order I will be trying out a lower dosage, I used 4800mg using 2x sprays as recommended. I regularly woke up the next morning with a headache resembling a hangover. This soon passed, but best to find a dosage suitable for your own tollerances. For the price and purity, I would recommend this product, but keep an eye on Amazon's pricing since it seems to wildly fluctuate no apparent reason. Don't bother about the flavours, they seem to cost more and after all it's an oil after all (CDB & cocconut), so it takes just tastes like a cheap olive oil. Most importantly, in this day and age, sleep well.

I use CBD for the old dog. The spray is really handy. No leakages whatsoever, unlike dropper bottles. Helps her with pain and a good nap.

Easy Spray but Does not taste of berry

What I liked: the flavour is nice and it has helped my mood and sleep. What I did not like and why I gave it one star: The spray dispenser is hopeless. When you spray some under your tongue, the force is so strong that the oil bounces off the membrane and back out of the mouth, onto lips, fingers and anything else in the way. It also leaks product over the phial, resulting in loss of product, and oil over things which has to be wiped off. I followed the directions faithfully, yet the phial, which is supposed to be one month's supply at the prescribed doses, only lasted two weeks, presumably because most of it ended up spread over the phial. The spray tube also does not reach to the bottom of the phial, so you can't use the last amount, and the spray often just shoots air into your mouth, even when holding the phial perfectly upright. I also did not realise that I would have to use the product several times during the day to get the full prescribed dosage. It's advised to use the product twice a day but it's impossible to keep that amount of oil under the tongue for 90 seconds without it moving into the mouth or leaking past the lips. So spreading the dosage out to four times a day is more manageable but it's inconvenient and, because of the oil spreading all over the place, time consuming to clean up. So I will not be buying the product again, which is a shame as it seemed to work, but if it only lasts half the time that it should, and I have to wipe oil off things (which messes with my OCD), it's no good for me and works out twice as expensive.

Honestly I flip flopped between a 4 and 5 star for this. The pros : it works. I am really terrible with sleep. I always wake up, it takes me ages to drift off, I have major issues with sleep and that’s 100% what I get this for. For me, 6 spays before bed (I’m 6 foot and like 14 stone so I need a little more maybe?) and within 5-10 minutes I can feel this taking effect and can use it to drift off. And it makes me STAY asleep with is absolutely unheard of and incredible. I’m averaging like 7 hours sleep a night now which is just wild. After enough sprays you can legitimately feel a difference for what I wanted this oil for. Probably the most effective one I’ve used. Cons : the taste. It tastes like that bad synthetic medicine you get for coughs and colds. Really not nice. Which is why I was going to go with 4 stars because the love hemp stuff is in this nice coconut oil base that tastes nice. But also like, I’m not buying this for a taste experience. I want it to work and it does. So I put this back up to 5 even though the taste is really not appealing. If you’re really funny about taste, try a different one maybe? I won’t pretend it tastes nice. It doesn’t. But if you’re willing to put up with a bit of a weird flavour for legitimate results then this works and I’ll be ordering it again
