I have ordered several of these. They are a good option if you are making tinctures

Just a warning. I bought these when I needed the powder form to save a few dollars. This stuff is tough I ended up using my coffee grinder and it did work but I had to break the larger pieces down. It also takes a long time to get it into a powder that is fine enough.

I boiled the product in water in about a 1 to 5 ratio with water to make it like a really really light tea, but all it ended up doing is giving me a TERRIBLE chestpain the next morning. Please don't go out and buy some weird chinese herbs you don't understand fully. I will be throwing away the entire bag. Wouldn't recommend.

Exactly what I needed for my tincture. I did grind this up a little with an older nutri-bullet blade and cup. If you needed powder, the nutri-bullet will do it for this.
