How do i contact the mfr? the screw that holds the case together is stripped and now i cannot replace the battery. this is for the pcie remote.

The PCIe slot you installed the ES02-PCIe may not have standby power or have standby power enabled. Please refer to your motherboard manual for instruction on which PCIe slot to use or how to enable standby power for PCIe slot.

how tall is just the board?
