It works fine with me but not with my cats 😂, it labels as quite but it is noisy to a certain point that my cats afraid of it .

Everything came perfect. A good machine for cutting at home. I am a groomer and can give a realistic review . The kit also comes with scissors of good quality, which made me happy. Usually the kits come with very bad scissors. And the grooming comb is also of excellent quality. I recommend.
