It sure does! It’s a great wig cap for the price. Worth the purchase.

Will this work for long thick hair (my hair is to the bottom of my back)?

It depends on how thick it is. I ordered it for myself and I have shoulder length hair that is extremely thick and curly. I struggled to get the cap to stay in place when my hair was simply out and had to gel my hair back in order for the cap to lay flat and not be so tight. It might work for you but a word of caution.

I wear a Large in wigs. Will this fit?

Not sure it did stay in place with bobbies pins
