⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game-Changer for Heavy Lifting!
This SuperHandy Dolly is an absolute game-changer! I’ve used it to move soil, compost, and sand effortlessly from one location to another, and it has exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features is the dual battery system—when one battery runs low, you can switch to the second seamlessly, keeping the job going without interruption. The battery life is incredible, lasting much longer than I anticipated. I’ve tackled multiple loads without needing to recharge! It’s well-built, sturdy, and makes heavy lifting feel effortless. Whether you're doing yard work, landscaping, or hauling materials, this dolly is a must-have. Highly recommend! ✅ Pros: ✔️ Long-lasting battery life ✔️ Easy battery swap keeps it running nonstop ✔️ Handles heavy loads with ease ✔️ Great for moving soil, compost, sand, and more If you’re on the fence about getting this—just go for it. You won’t regret it!

Great electric wheelbarrow!
This wheelbarrow for moving things is wonderful it was easy to put together once all parts were located. The front tire nuts are under plastic covers on the axle. It is sturdy and goes in and out normal doors with ease! It handles the weight I needed it for and holds a water sprayer to get water to my animals. It also gives me stability walking over rough terrain!

This is the one to get from what is on the market today.
I believe this cart is better than the Landworks model because of the two rear wheels. I purchased the Landworks model but returned it because I accidentally purchased the lead-acid battery version. It is cheaper but the battery is not as good as lithium ion. The Super Handy and the Landworks are nearly identical. I had the Snapper XD for four years when the circuit board died and a replacement was not available. The Snapper was far superior to what is available today because of it's solid build and 82 volt battery. I salvaged the bin from the Snapper and bolted it to the bed of the Super Handy using plywood underneath to spread the strain on the weak mesh bed. (See picture). Using a bin makes it much more useful than the flimsy sides that come with it. You can get a similar bin from AM Leonard to upgrade your cart. Some reviews complain about the battery door not flipping all the way open. I just took it off and reversed it. It still snaps on and I just lift it to turn the cart on and off. I may glue on a side hinge, but its not been a problem so far. This motor/battery is far weaker than the Snapper, but it does the job ok. One tip: when going uphill with a heavy load run it backwards so as to put the weight on the drive wheels. The forward speed is a little fast for me. I have to either jog or start/stop repeatedly. One final word. If you have not used an electric garden cart - it is a game changer for yard work. I would not be able to work without it now.

Bad customer service
Seems like a nice wagon, seems sturdy not sure about stability but with four wheels should be better than the other version with three wheels. I say seems because I can’t use it. They didn’t include the batteries and charger!! I called. Had to call Amazon because I purchased there. Sent email via Amazon? as directed by Amazon. Answer I got was return it!! What? Over batteries. I wrote again said just need batteries sent because I already assembled it, nope said return it. I call Amazon again, they credited me the money to purchase the batteries from Amazon. So, horrible customer service from this company which is multiple products lines by many names, ie. Superhandy (I bought) or Landmark, to mention a couple. Oh I did try calling them directly again, listened longer for a department to speak with, message said we only use AI no real people to assist customers!! Horrible. AI is corrupting the world! Packaging is probably all robotic so you get what was programmed, incomplete. Still waiting for batteries. Wagon assembled for 2 weeks unable to use. I did pile stuff into the cart and it seems to hold a goodly amount. Update: I received my batteries and charger finally. Thank you Amazon for rescuing the situation. I test drove the wagon today!! Great. I’m glad I got one, just wish the company had better customer service, I wouldn’t be disgusted with them. The wagon has some power. I filled the cart and tethered my manual wagon to it to move twice the amount of wood today. Pulled like a champ, but did struggle a bit because the ground is soft from thaw plus it was on a slight incline. No more back breaking pulls! I just pray the batteries hold up like they are supposed to. Also, they are the wrong size batteries. I was supposed to have gotten with the cart 4 amp but Amazon sent me 2 amp. At this point I’m incensed to the situation and will just be content as long as the batteries hold enough charge to do my land jobs.

Battery Run Time Greatly Exaggerated
This electric utility cart requires assembly. The manual has directions and diagrams, but they are not clear. The parts pictures are so small you can’t tell what they are. Thankfully, there are not many parts so it’s not hard to guess which parts go where. Once assembled, I ran the cart and the battery died after 20 minutes. The description claims the cart will run 2-5 hours on a charge. I tried to contact the company with the website address and phone number listed in the manual, but neither worked. So I contacted the company through Amazon, complaining that I received some bad batteries. I got a prompt reply and the company sent me two replacement batteries. I tested one of them by running the cart loaded with 100 pounds half the time and empty the other half. Run time for the battery was 20 minutes. So the claim that a charge lasts 2-5 hours is greatly exaggerated. Helpful is that the battery compartment holds two batteries with a switch to select which battery to use, so when one battery goes dead, you can flip the switch and keep going using the other battery. In thinking about the 20 minute run time, it is probably accurate for the 48 volt 2Ah battery as I have a lawn mower which takes a 48 volt 5Ah battery and it runs for 45 minutes. The manual seems to imply that the cart can use two batteries at once, but my experience is that when one battery goes dead, and the cart won’t move, the other battery remains fully charged. Another exaggeration is the capacity, rated at 6 cubic feet, but with measurements of 23 inches by 33 inches by 11 inches, it comes out at just over 4.8 cubic feet. The cart has a surprisingly good amount of power. I will keep the cart and just keep switching batteries.

Three Year Review! Power and Versatility.
After a shoulder injury I needed something to keep up with work around the property. I made the purchase out of desperation with little faith in its performance, but I was blown away by how powerful this cart turned out to be. For example, I’ve hauled a 35-gallon tank of maple sap—nearly 300 pounds—up a 10% slope in the snow with this thing. Without it, I’d probably need an ATV and trailer. Primarily, I use it as a firewood cart. In the fall, it hauls wood from the driveway, where the delivery truck dumps it, to the woodpile. In the winter, I drive it up a ramp onto the deck and straight through the door into the house! I can bring in two days’ worth of firewood in a single trip with minimal effort, saving myself the annoyance of carrying slings of wood. Even my wife, who hasn’t had to use it yet, could easily keep up with the woodstove if I weren’t around. That peace of mind means a lot to me. I’ve also used it to haul tools and gear into the woods for felling trees. It holds my chainsaw, axe, timber jack, ropes, come-along, and safety gear in one trip. Afterward, I use it to cart back the firewood. I even added tire chains to improve traction in the winter. Unlike an ATV and trailer I can turn around on a dime and it has a very light footprint in the woods and on the lawn. What I Love: - Powerful enough to handle steep slopes and heavy loads. - Makes repetitive tasks like firewood hauling much easier and faster. - Versatile and very maneuverable. You can't drive an ATV and trailer into the house! Where It Falls Short: Some of my complaints stem from the fact that I use the cart outside its likely design intent, but they’re worth mentioning: - No brakes: I live on steep hills, and the cart can run away if you’re not careful. As a three-wheeled design, it’s also prone to flipping if you lose control. - Open differential: While it makes the cart easy to steer, only one wheel will spin if traction is lost, which can leave you pushing it. - Weak sides and bottom: The lattice material is too delicate for heavier-duty tasks. Over time, it dents and pulls away from the frame, creating sharp edges that can cut you. To avoid this, I’ve lined the bottom with plywood, but the sides could use reinforcement too. - Large footprint: It takes up a lot of space when not in use. I wish it could fold up or tilt against a wall like a traditional wheelbarrow. - Plastic smell from batteries: Even three years later, the batteries emit an unpleasant smell, though keeping them in the garage solves this.

Weak frame, misaligned holes and missing parts.
This cart is a massive disappointment for the price and you get zero support from the manufacturer. Pros: 1.) Seems to have a strong motor. 2.) Collapsible sides for varying cargo. 3.) 50% assembled on delivery. Cons: 1.) SMALL batteries. Their several hour actually translates to 20-30 minutes of runtime max. They’re either defective or the listed runtime was…imaginative at best. 2.) Everything has a very generic look and feel. Very cobbled together with generic parts from nameless factories that build these things for dozens of other companies. 3.) Misaligned holes makes for a pain of an install and leaves it feeling a bit rickety. You can see in some of my photos, the poles do not fully seat, which means the handle loses most its support and strength. The bolt heads aren’t curved, which means tightening them too much collapses the steel tubing. So you cannot tighten the bolts all the way on rickety tubing that doesn’t seat all the way. Do you see the problem? 4.) Missing parts that I had to go to my local hardware store to find with zero help from the manufacturer. They didn’t answer their phone listed in their paperwork nor did they respond to email. 5.) The side walls of the cart are WEAK. Like, you can feel them bending in your hands and they’ll get damaged easily. 6.) The instructions aren’t terribly clear. I’m a handy guy, so I can look at diagrams and figure my way through, but others will find some difficulty in building it through the broken English and lack of additional steps. Overall, I’m VERY disappointed at this price. I’m physically disabled from an injury and depended on this cart to help me stay independent around my home. DO NOT BUY THIS. Save your money, look at other carts or perhaps build your own.

Efficient for Mulch, Challenging on Steep Hills
We purchased this unit to help clean up storm damage on our hilly property. Its first job was spreading 5 tons of chipper mulch and it performed well. We added a larger hopper. The included battery lasted about two hours so we ordered a second one from the SuperHandy website. Overall the unit works as expected. One improvement we’d appreciate is the option for tracks to handle steep hills.
