Q: Do these sunglasses come with a case?

Yes, but very cheap, not the nice case they used to provide. The case scuffed a lense on mine and I returned them. I ordered two pair of Serengeti glasses for less and I think they have better lenses.

Q: Where to buy nose pad replacements for the kanaio coast?

Go to Sams or Cisco optical. They have replaced mine.
