Yes ,the previous review is truth , my bottle also not full , approximately same , without 15-20 ml . But box is sealed and looks like no one open it before , so may be perfume is evaporate by the time as the bottle itself is not extra sealed . The scent itself is very nice , light flowers, airy cool , very feminine, like flower shop

The refill bottle was not full 100ml as shown in the picture, when I opened the package. 15-20 ml less liquid inside the refill bottle.
