How big are these capsules? I have trouble swallowing pills.

I coat large pills with a liquid cooking oil. Any will do. I use olive oil. That way most any pill will easily slide down your throat. Another thing is to take your pills right after eating when your throat is already open more. It really makes swallowing pills a lot easier. A friend of mine puts his pill in applesauce and he says that he hardly notices that he has taken a pill.

What kind of gelatin are these?

I assume you are asking which bone this is made from. Beef, pork, fish etc.. I've looked all over the internet and can't find this answer either. All I'm seeing is "pharmaceutical grade gelatin"
