I like it very much! Interesting and versatile. One side is thicker which is perfect for the side sleeping position as it decreases any pressure put on the shoulder. The thinner side is amazing for back sleeping. Good quality 👍

Yes it is really comfortable and the quality is very good. i have less pain on my neck after using this pillow. it is little big but it is design for your neck support. i am using this from last 3 months and so far it is really good.

My neck has gotten a lot better. It’s weird to use at first but then eventually everything gets better. Washable cover is a huge plus.

I got bamboozled on this one. It’s counterfeit/fake. First thing that I noticed when I received it was the item on an unsealed, clear, transparent and cheap plastic held close by a single tape. It didn’t come with a single instruction or information about the product. It’s literally just a pillow on a plastic with a small label attached to the pillow in Chinese. It’s not definitely a Gluckluz product like it was stated on the product info when I bought it. Any genuine memory pillow should be tightly rolled, compressed and even vacuum sealed and usually fluff up upon opening and exposing into the air. Extremely disappointed and I’d be more sophisticated wary about these types of items and sellers.

So soft. Hoped stuffing materials could be harder than what it is right now so the pillow can hold to some degree the shape of the curves as it appears in the product photos. I used to have one before which was of a better quality compared with this one so I know the difference betwwen both. Definitely this pillow need improvements.
