Multi-Color LED Pool Fountain for Above Ground Pools, Fits Metal Frame and Ultra Frame Pools

Very pleased with this purchase. It is so relaxing to sit out at night and listen to the fountain and the light adds some really cool effect. Understand this is what I would call an 'advanced' add-on - you have to have some understanding of your pool setup. The basic 1500 GPH pump does a pretty good job, gives a pretty good fountain spray and lights pretty similar to what is in the picture. If you are just using stock parts, you will have to move the discharge hose over to the fountain full time. If all you want is a basic fountain and you have a 1500 GPH pump, go for it. It is cheap and easy, just understand that unless you want to move hoses all the time - the fountain will always be on with the pump. When hooked up to a 3000 GPH pump, it sprays water outside of my 16 foot ultra frame. Obviously I don't want to run two pumps, so the easy fix was to hard plumb it. I have two ball valves, one to the in pool discharge and the other to the fountain. I open the fountain all the way and then dial back the discharge to get the spray I want. Right now I find about 7-8 feet out gives a really nice effect and the lights are super bright (much brighter than with just the 1500 GPH pump). Too bad Intex doesn't make T's or other accessories using their threads (or maybe just use standard threads!!), but installing PVC is really easy and you can learn by just watching a few youtube videos. So if you want to take your redneck swimming hole (thats our nickname for our pool) to the next level - this is the add-on for you!

This fountain works great! I added it to my filter system with a 3 way diverter valve so i can turn it on and off as we want it. It lowers the temperature of the water by a few degrees which is also a plus for me, but shhh dont tell my kids that 😉

Works perfect. On a high flow pump it shoots all the way across the pool. I have sinced made a custom T fitting that sends water to the fountain and the factory jet. Using the valve on the factory jet i can control the fountains spay distance. Contact me at marky77044@gmail and i can help you with that and supply pictures. After 1 month the lights stopped working. So instead of going through the whole return process I figured that I would tear into it myself. There is 6 or 8 screws you have to remove to get the lower half off. Once it's off, there is 2 screws that need to come off to remove the upper half. After that, the spray nozzle comes off with a quarter twist. You will then notice on the end where the water enters you will see the impeller that drives the generator for powering the lights. Mine had bits of sand around the impeller and would not let it turn. I used a thin screwdriver and worked the impeller until all the sand feel out. I flushed it out with water also. After doing that the impeller would spin freely. I put everything back together and low and behold, it worked just like new again. It took no more than 10 minutes to get it working again. The only tools required is a #2 philips screwdriver and a thin screwdriver for freeing up the impeller. Hope this helps.

For the most part, this sprayer fountain is good but it needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. I installed it on my Intex 12 ft round metal frame pool. The fasteners that you screw in to tighten the sprayer to the frame of the pool are a little too short, so I wasn't able to get it to grip tightly. With the way the weight is distributed, plus the slightly loose attachment, the sprayer leans backwards a little and on a windy day, the water gets blown backwards away from the pool. I remedied this a little by tying the sprayer head down with twine, but it would be better if the fountain came with a Y connector and a valve so on windy days, I could easily change the flow of water to come out of the outlet in the side of the pool instead of the fountain. Unscrewing the tubing to do this is a little cumbersome. What I like about this sprayer is it aerates my pool water and helps me keep the pH in a good range. My well water is very acidic and I don't like to keep adding pH increaser because it makes the Total Alkalinity too high. The lights work well too and it's great that the sprayer generates its own electricity to power them.

Great waterfall. The fact that it attaches to the side of the pool and not the jet in the pool is great. I also like that it gets power for the lights by using the energy from the water. You will need to purchase a 3 way valve 1.5 inch 3 way T valve connector. Connector the hose from the sand filter to the bottom of the T and connect the fountain to one side of the T and the plunger valve with the two outlet jets to the right T. It's too much pressure hooking it directly to the sand filter. It will keep water from getting to the skimmer if you don't split it. The fountain keeps my water cooler. It went from 90 to 85 with the air temperature at 95. Great product!

Idk why mine separates into 3 different flows and the lights don’t work. But it’s an okay fountain.

This was absolutely worth buying..! Hooking this up was so easy.. I chose to buy this one for intex pool vs the other solar popular ones because I read some bad reviews of it being to heavy on the liner because the other kind attached to the outake hole on the pool.. This Fountain attaches to the rim.. Also this Inex Fountain is built very well and sturdy.. Plus I can use this on my next bigger intex pool upgrade next year.. Definitely worth buying.. It circulates the pool better too.. I can't wait to see it at nighttime.. 😁

I bought this twice and twice the lights only lasted 30 days the lights stopped working but flatline continues to work other then that we loved the fun colors it brought to our pool

Leave it on all the time. Makes a nice noise plus looks good at night. Very happy and looks to be well built.

Great addition to the pool. This fountain needs a good flow of water to run well. I use an approximately 1300gpm Intex sand filter to get a nice flow and it works great. Setting the filter to recirculate instead of filter gives a much higher rate of flow and a much bigger and wider spray. It can be easily adjusted with an Intex flow valve. The kids love the spray from the fountain and I highly recommend this for any above ground pool 😁👍

Besonders abends sieht das super aus und bringt gute Stimmung an den Pool. Super ist auch, dass keine Batterien oder Strom gebraucht werden – das Wasser treibt die Lichter an. Das Gerät ist einfach zu montieren und passt an die meisten Intex Frame Pools. Kinder und Erwachsene haben viel Spaß mit dem Wassersprüh-Effekt und dem bunten Licht. Tagsüber sieht man das Licht nicht so stark, aber am Abend ist es ein echter Hingucker. Insgesamt macht die Dusche den Pool schöner und sorgt für Abwechslung beim Baden. Lo spruzzatore è stato agganciato ad una piscina fuori terra Bestway. Per il montaggio consiglio di acquistare una valvola a 3 vie con raccordo alla quale attaccare la cascata da una parte e il bocchettone della piscina dall'altra. Questo perché con un filtro a sabbia da 5.700 l/h la cascata ha un getto d'acqua piuttosto forte, mentre se apro la valvola anche in uscita per la piscina la potenza si dimezza. Belli anche i giochi di luce.
