Very Easy To Make & I Quite Tasty
Flavor Name: Bombay BiryaniSize: 10 Ounce (Pack of 5)As far as I'm concerned, these are a great meal starter for me on my more lazy nights. Couldn't be any easier to prepare unless it's that you want to add something more elaborate to the mix which I tend to do. It's good by itself as a side dish, but I much prefer to add something else to make a full meal out of this. Anything from shrimp, chicken, beef or tofu to mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, onions or carrots. It's pretty versatile and makes for a good base. There's plenty of sauce in this so that you have a good, tasty dish, though if you are going to extend this with other food items, you might want to add some extra liquids.Personally, I find this really tasty. Of course, not the same as if you made it from scratch, but it suits my needs. Love that it's nice and spicy. That way I don't need to spice it up any more than it is.My only complaint is that I find it to be rather expensive for what it is at $27.99 (today's price) for 5 packets. Each box contains one pouch. One pouch is only enough for one meal unless you are extending this with a lot of extras.

Surprisingly tasty and budget-friendly, 10 servings per 5-pack, great with some added curry
The economy being what it is, anytime we find a quick and easy meal supplement that's budget-friendly and delicious we tend to become repeat-buyers of it in this household. After trying out this 5-pack (each of which has 2 servings in its silver vacuum-sealed envelope) where each batch cooks in 2 minutes and pairs really well with an equally easy to make curry sauce, these became an easy staple for us justify. Even without adding some additional curry to make it spicier and increase the serving sizes, the straight out of the box Bombay Biryani is really good, with a little bit of additional seasoning/sauce depending on how you like it, it becomes great. The included pictures show the product both as it is straight out of the box (the close-up) both servings in one bowl with no additional curry added, and the photo with the world map behind it shows a single serving with curry and a little bit of chicken/lamb added to boost the quantity and add some additional spiciness. It's a delicious product, it's filling, and it's surprisingly easy to make (2 minutes in the microwave and it's done). And the packs don't need to be refrigerated until they've been opened meaning you can store them in a cupboard until you open it for one serving, and then you can refrigerate the remaining half and eat it the next day. We found ourselves using these packets on those nights for quick dinners, and even sending a packet to school with the kiddo for her to heat up in a microwave.***Overall Value***At the time of review, these Bombay Biryani 5-packs, each of which contain 2 servings for a total of 10 servings, at ~$30 translates to less than $3 per meal. For a fully seasoned serving of Biryani and for only taking 2 minutes to cook, that's fantastic. Toss in a little bit of naan or add some curry with a protein and you've got a very cost-effective and belly-filling meal. We've already ordered more. This is now officially a staple for us.

fast and tasty (also review for saag aloo)
Ashoka Ready to Eat Microwavable Rice Since 1930, 100% Vegan Bombay Biryani surprised me. I made it in the microwave and it stayed moist, so many dry up. making it is fast, put in a microwave bowl. I do cover it with a splatter shield, then 2 minutes for hot and ready flavorful rice. It's a great side to add a little something to a meal and the serving size is generous. I liked it a lotI also got the saag aloo, but they are all on the same review page. This rocked, is it pretty, NO? is it delicious? YES. again super easy to make but so much flavor, I ordered a five pack after trying this one.

Good quality and tasty
This is a qood quality product though slightly on the expensive side. Just needs a bit of heating in the microwave and it's ready to serve. Not too spicy either. Might buy again if the price goes down a bit.
