I bought 1 just to test it out cause I have small wrists that easily hurt with long hours of even just typing. I use jointace gel under it and wow...it is so soothing. Now I wear this whenever I know I have some heavy lifting to do or even long university assignments or hours of work on computer ahead of me. Tottally buying another one for my other hand !

Have tried a few wrist support bands in the last few months and this is the best one. Using for weight training, press-ups, boxing - gives great support whilst allowing the wrist to remain flexible. Very happy with it.

Very good quality, however ot is only one piece which is not mentioned in the description.

This is very small. Not big enough for knee or ankle unless it is for a child
