Bought these pumps for my mom who's 88 years old. She has worn Hush Puppies Soft Style Angel II pumps for many years and has several pairs in different colors. She asked me to look and see if I could find a beige pair somewhere - the first website that popped up was Kohl's but her local Kohl's is about 10 miles from her house and indicated "limited stock." Then I noticed Amazon carried them in a Bone Elegance color. I called my mom and read the description to her including the heel size which is 1 1/4" high. She said this was exactly what she had on the boxes of her other pairs. I ordered them and had them sent to her. Today I got a call from her advising the heels had arrived in a plastic bag (not the original Hush Puppies box) and that the mailman had stuffed them into her mailbox. She said she tried them on and was surprised that the heel was so tall on these pumps - she measured them and said the heel is 2 1/4" high NOT 1 1/4" as described on the Amazon site. She got her other pairs down from the closet and those pairs definitely have a 1 1/4" heel which makes me wonder if these are really Hush Puppies. My mom doesn't own a computer and I'm 2,000 miles away from where she lives, so I have no way of exchanging these shoes to see if the heel height was an error on this pair of pumps, if in fact they are legitimate Hush Puppies pumps - so disappointed. Sorry Mom!

I normally wear an 8.5 in wide. Since having kids my feet swell more during the day so I got the 8.5 extra wide. I don’t feel it’s any wider than a normal shoe to be honest and it was very snug on my feet. I would size up just to be safe.

Exactly the color and style I was looking for. True to size, though not as comfortable as I was hoping.

The shoes weren't true to size. I regularly wear size 10 regular but these 10's were entirely too small. I'd like to reorder them in a larger size if possible a 10-1/2 regular OR the next size up, 11 regular. Thank you

The shape and style of the shoe is beautiful. I wanted something low-key but still feminine. It runs slightly narrow and the quality is not consistent. I ordered the bone color with the black but ended up returning it because it fits completely different.

These shoes were bought for my Neice to wear with her concert dress for performing with her high school band. The heel was perfect and the shoes were very comfortable. Teens are hard to please these days but she gave them 5 stars.

These shoes are just what I am looking for, will probably reoreder in a larger size, the 8 1/2 is just a tad to small. The heel is a great height for me also.

The reviews were all over the place regarding sizing. I am typically a 8.5/9. I ordered a 9.5 and feel like with my larger foot it is snug, with my smaller foot they are a little loose, but I can add an insole. My feet are not wide but feel like if I ordered a 9W it would be perfect. (They are significantly more expensive so I will keep the 9.5)Seem decent for shoes to dress up at work that are stable and ok for comfort but I wouldn’t wear them if I needed to walk a lot or stand on my feet all day

These shoes are really lovely - well made and look expensive - and I truly wanted to keep them. However, the toe box is not for a wide foot - I usually wear Naturalizer shoes in 8W and they fit quite well. These were really narrow in the toe box.
