Innacurate dimensions listed
The advertisement states that it's designed for a maximum width of 6.75 inches or smaller, meaning that the actual part of the bracket that sits against the battery edges should be 6.75 inches wide. The actual measurement is 7 inches making it way to loose for a 6.75 inch wide battery. Complete waste of my time and delay of project.

Non adjustable so it may not perfectly fit YOUR battery. But that being said. As long as the bar sits flat on the surface, your battery is not going anywhere!!! For the yellow top Batteries, there’s about half an inch of room. Do not fear, it’s snug and the bar is strong. 5 Stars for being $12 dollars, color is as shown, and it works.

Nice hold down for your jumpy battery
This is a nice piece and a great little hold down for a battery. Way better than some of the cheap/inferior others that I've seen and used in the past. Worked perfect for my Group 51 size battery. One thing to note, with the recesses you really can't use wing-nuts with this but I hadn't planned on using them anyway as I like to use nyloc nuts to make sure things stay put. Can't go wrong with one of these!

Needed for Optima battery.
Simple and worth it! I needed this on '08 gx470 w/ the new optima battery. It work perfectly. Way better than the factory bar. Billot aluminum makes for a strong and super light weight solution.

Problem staying solved. Good product.
I happened to have the same battery in the photo so I knew it would fit. It bolted right up with my existing hardware and that's job done. I needed this because my previous strap was rubber and it snapped. It's a nice part and I can't see any reason not to give it high ratings.

Great Marketing
The item should be about double the thickness of what it is. It fits well, looks good but not heavy duty by any means. I may order another to stack them or go with a better product all together

Did not fit due to the part's width.
It will not work well with standard lead acid batteries. The piece is to wide to go between the two filler caps.

Ok for the price.
Part is well made and its solid. the only problem is it too narrow for H-group battery. It works on the flat surface battery much better. If you have H group battery its gonna push the cover corner around the groove too much.

Metal battery hold definitely worth buying!
It dit my husbands battery perfectly. Would definitely buy this again. Also loved the fact it was metal and not plastic.
