Product needs improvement

I have bought this to give RALCO tyre a chance. But it needs to improve it quality as tyre got punch too many times. Only good thing is that even after that I try to mange to run the tyre 12000 km. Same type of ceat /MRF /APOLLO tyres run for atleast 15000 km for Activa. So I am reviewing this tyre after running it for 12000km
