Ive been taking these for over a year now and notice a big difference in what I eat or drink while taking them and when I miss a day or two. it definitely cleans out your liver.

I like this brand. Have been taking Milk Thistle on and off, for years. As I cannot see my liver, my guess is it is fine because nothing wrong is showing up on my lab works

I love it. I buy them for myself & my dog. The capsules are easy to swallow & break open to easily spread over his kibble without a bad odor or taste.

This is a supplement that we all should take on a daily basis. I like this brand.

I don't know how effective this has been for my liver yet, but since I started taking it, I haven't had any of the irregularity issues I've had from my diabetes medications.Some reviewers who didn't read the label in the photos complain that the dosage is misleading. It is, sort of. The manufacture gives the dosage as 3000 mg, at 1000 mg per capsule, but that is around 3 times the effective recommended dosage given by the National Institute of Health and the European Medicines Agency. One 1000 mg capsule a day is the best dosage, so the 300 capsule bottle really is a good value for 300 days.
