This has given me better sleep, way better focus, and more energy. I am up to five in the morning, and five in the evening. I’ve never had any issues with taking it. The fact that I can get up in the morning and just start doing things Without even thinking about it as a miracle. I won’t ever be without this. I’m gonna see if my husband will start taking it. He has a really difficult time getting going and being focused.

Completely to my surprise, both me and my husband really like the taste. It has rich nutty taste for us. I feel so refreshed after just a few days. I already ordered 2 more and will order 3 more to cover about a year's supply for me and my husband.

Great product.

First and foremost follow the instructions to slowly progress to the 10 tablet daily dose. Tried 5 at first and experienced gastrointestinal issues , then reduced to 2 for a few days then progressing to 10 over the course of almost 2 weeks. Definitely feel more energy but won't know true improvement until my next lab tests. Recent ones showed low RBC count and pernicious type anemia which aren't alarming doctor, but this is my attempt to be proactive. Using B12 supplements in past hadn't changed numbers, but time will tell for this product.

I feel much better overall since I have started taking these. I have been going through perimenopause and literally felt like death for about a year. I heard a podcast about how spirulina can improve your overall health so I figured what the heck, give it a try. Since I have taken these I have seen an improvement in my skin, my energy level, I no longer feel bloated all the time, I am less hungry all the time. I honestly have not felt this good in years.I read other reviews stating people need to work up to the 10 pills so I did that. I started with 5 or 6 per day and after 2 weeks I am up to 8 or 9 per day. I usually take a couple in the morning, 3 around lunchtime and 3 in the late afternoon. They give me SO much energy that sometimes I have a hard time winding down at night. So in the evenings I sip on a Magnesium drink and this seems to do the trick. I am so happy I started taking these.

Great product! The size of the tablets make them easy to swallow and the quantity is good. The benefits from this whole food supplement seem to far outweigh what you get from a synthesized vitamin/mineral supplement.
