Bought this for my Mom's phone. She needed to have it with her constantly and this hanging pouch was perfect for her flip-phone. Brought us both comfort knowing she could get her phone as needed.

If the manufacture is going to use cheaper material, they need to take a new photo. The cheaper lanyard hook could catch on clothing that is knit fabric while the other one shown in the photo has a smooth closure would not catch. I think the company should send us a replacement in the original one in the photo. Attached 1st photo is what we received (poor quality) the 2nd photo is the one shown to see this item.

I bought this for my neighbor, who is elderly, he tends to lose his phone. Now he keeps his phone with him all the time because he can just put it around his neck. Very handy.

I get this for my handicapped sister-in-law. She needs to have her phone with her all the time in case of an emergency.

Was bulkier than expected.

My dad is 91(going on 71), & now wheelchair bound. I bought this for him so he can keep his phone handy & with him at all times. A really great purchase that satisfies its intended need. Dad doesn't have to rush for the phone, miss calls, or leave his phone behind. No fiddling in his pockets anymore for his phone. While in this lanyard pouch, his phone is easily accessable & with him always. Sold at a good price & is well made.I'm happy with this purchase & so is dad.

Worked quite well for 2 months until the plastic at the string metal juncture to the swivel came off and had to be Superglued back on. Then 2 months later the plastic on the lanyard cord would come apart just with the weight of the flip phone...so, I had to Superglue that plastic together. I miss American made products so much, I am glad to be old enough to die and feel sorry for young people who never experienced products made in America that would last 30 years or more as compared to today where every other year one has to replace what they just got through paying for.
