Battery problems, poor customer service
Have tried to contact the company due to battery life problems; no response to email and on hold too long when I tried to call. Battery loses half charge in 24 hours with no use, lasts about 2 hours in normal use without wifi on.

Battery life is horrible.. and even with a 16GB MICROSD card that thing is the absolute slowest..
