Genuine Toyota 89422-35010 Water Temperature Sensor

Excellent fit. Made the temp gauge work perfectly again. I had to replace it because the gauge started moving to random temps, then simply went to the bottom and stopped working. On my 1995 Avalon, it was very easy to locate and replace, without removing other parts to get to it.

Fit perfectly in 1997 4Runner Limited with the 3.4L engine Automatic Transmission. Fixed issue where I could have intermittent start problems. The offending sensor was sending the wrong temp to the computer and flooding the cylinders with fuel. This new sensor has worked perfectly and the 4Runner starts right up every time with out a problem.

Looks like the old part, and fits like the old part in my 2000 Celica GT. Awesome price for a genuine Toyota part, but it did not come with its own crush washer....I had to reuse the old washer. Tip for DIY, you will need a very deep 3/4" socket with extender to replace this part after removing the battery. Be very careful not to damage the electrical plug when disconnecting the old sensor as plastic gets brittle with time. With the right tool, replacing the sensor was easy compared to the clean up after needed due to coolant fluid gushing out during the replacement process. Hopefully this temp sensor will fix my rough idling issue that only happens in very cold mornings. So far so good, just waiting on my weather to get colder to truly test the outcome.

This is a legit OEM Toyota sensor. Don't waste your time and money on a Chinese knock off sensor. This sensor is too important for proper engine management to take a chance on a low price knock off sensor.

Did not fit the radiator in my 2002 Lexus es300 as described.

didn’t realize how bad mine was until I was replacing it, but it just crumbled. This one fit perfect and my check engine light went out thank you.

Original OEM confirmed but should have came with a new Crush Washer.
