does this get sprayed on foliage or ground?

I use 1 scoop per 1 gallon water diluted directly to soil,If diluted to 1/3 scoop per gallon it can be used as a foliar feed (spray on). Remember to always foliar feed when sun is setting to avoid sun scald or nutrient burn. It works great!

How do you use this? For example Tbsp per gallon of water or so on?

There is a measuring spoon in the container and so it's one measure per gallon, and my watering can is a 2 gallon so I use 2 spoon full

Does this have calcium to prevent BER?

ITs in it...yes...>BUT IT DID NOT PREVENT BER on my plants...I added more Calcium Nitrate to my plants

Used for tomatoes or peppers, does it alter.. the color, acidity, or flavor? using in ceramic container garden on deck..

I have both ceramic and plastic pots for tomatoes. Neither has taste changes when nourished with Jacks.
