Yes, it is different. It is more detailed and taller. I own both. This newer one is better than the previous model.

Why Is it impossible to ship to Korea ?

Track too much. You revive say not so.

The Burj stands about 15” tall.

Can you purchase special lighting kit for this newer model of the Burj Khalifa ?

Not sure that would make much sense to have a light kit for this LEGO. It is fairly small and there’s not really anywhere to put the lights, since the tower is just up and down without any crevices. Each light “bulb” would look huge and it just wouldn’t look good. That is probably why there isn’t a light kit for this set.
