Do you think this is appropriate for a 7 year old, without help?

My son is 7. His been putting it together after school, his determined to do it alone. His been at it for a week now, maybe 4 hours including the weekend work his put into it. His only just finished the floor and the start of the walls. It's a big set. But he did the Taj Mahal with his brother earlier this year so a longer/larger project like this one are something he looks forward to.

Why is this model 20% higher in cost than the lego site? Is there something special that comes with it?

MY BIRTHDAY GIFT

I always had it in my wish list, and December 2nd 2020 was my special birthday when my sister bought it from Amazon. I am a prime Amazon customer myself and before I was with SOUQ and I must say that it is always been happy and professional experience with Amazon. I Was so happy and excited to start Disney Castle LEGO but unfortunately there are few missing pieces from bag 5 and from bag 6 so far :( made me feel frustrated, I noticed that the LEGO box doesn't have the number of LEGO pieces as it is showing here? so I guess maybe it is a faulty one as it does not state the number of pieces.I still love and trust Amazon and will figure a way to solve the issue with missing bricks and complete the dream castle. Just please check with third party supplier that they sell original complete set.
