Works great, affordable, good size for hot tub
I can't believe how well this stuff works. Cleaning/washing the filter is a bit annoying after using it, but the product really does work. I monitor our spa closely, but every now and then it does get a little bit of a slime feel or slight cloudy water. Normally, I would change the water in the spa, but that's not always easy to do in a cold winter climate. This product seems to take care of both issues quickly without changing the water. This clarifier is also a great value compared to others, and I'm pretty sure 16 oz is enough to last me several years.

You can trust Clorox and save about 50%
Clorox is one of those household brands that you can simply trust, it's not a white label of someone else's product, these people develop and manufacture their own goods. If you trust Clorox bleach or any other product in your house you should have no concerns about using this in place of any of your spa chemicals. When rendezvous discontinued their spa chemical line I switched everything I could buy Clorox. First things first, absolutely zero difference in effectiveness and about half the price. Most spa chemicals are the main profit center for the companies who sell spas and pools. There's not a lot of markup in the installation of those so they rely on repeat ongoing chemical and service needs. I saw a disappointed review from a person who never even used the product. I have no idea why Amazon even allows people like this to leave reviews so you really should just disregard it completely. Her complaint, seriously... Is that she didn't know it was a liquid and not a crystal. Unbelievable. Follow the instructions on this, they don't pretend that this is something it isn't. It will clear up cloudy water and you'll be happy with it. Exactly like any of the other companies who sell a similar product. But you should be thrilled with the results and the fact that you saved 50% off the so-called specialty brands.

It works.
I used this in the hot tub. It does exactly what it should. I had to change my filters not once but twice!

Amazing!!!
I recently purchased an inflatable, square Salu Spa hot tub and was looking for chemicals I could use to keep the water fresh and clean. I went with the Clorox suite of spa chemicals. And oh my goodness, this stuff is FANTASTIC! I was feeling like the water felt and looked dull. Two capfuls from the bottle, 30 minutes with the bubbles running, and voila! My water was sparkling again. I had just put in a new filter and it was absolutely disgusting, so I knew it had worked as intended. I was able to rinse off the filter as the bottle suggests and then I soaked it in some water and vinegar to clean the rest. Just like new! HIGHLY recommend this product, particularly if you have a smaller, inflatable hot tub.(Note, I ensured my hot tub was appropriately bromine/pH/alkaline-balanced before I used this product. The water was at 102 degrees.)

Works like a dream
We had a hot tub party with apparently some funky friends because our water was awful afterwards. Super cloudy and leaving the grossest stuff imaginable for a scum ring. Lots of shocking and chlorine made no difference. This was my last effort before draining and starting over. Results were amazing. By the next day the water was beautifully clear and all the solidified gunk was in the filter (which needed a change afterwards). Highly recommend, especially at this price

Nothing but foam. Won't use again.
Followed direction to the letter and all I get is foam. I have a 435Gal spa so I added just under 3 tablespoons (measured with a syringe) Directions say 2 tablespoons per 300Gal. Within 1 minute I couldn't even see my water any more. Foamed up so much. I've used rendevous spa products before and never had a problem. Looks like I'll have to switch back.Update: A couple days later I have to say the water is clearer. Maybe the foam acts as a carrier for the particles to help get it to the filter. The foam settled down about 6 hours later. I added the clarifier to a pail of water and it was foaming just from the agitation from the tap at the kitchen sink. Like I said, I've used other products before and never had issues with foam. I'll finish the bottle but doubt I'll buy another.

Check the spa every 3 or 4 days
Adding a squirt of clarifier after each use keeps the spa water clean.
