Technically yes, but the hair is meant to stay in that setting and is not a normal Barbie's length of hair. It will be much shorter and you will have to straighten the hair, since it was set to be that shape. Another option would be to have someone reroot the hair.

I'm so sorry, it was a while ago that I ordered this but to my recollection, it did not come with a stand. My Granddaughters loved it and had it set up in their Barbie house. That's why I don't think it came with a stand, she was rather lying across a plastic sofa.
