I recently had the pleasure of reading Digital Life written by two of the most knowledgeable FinTech and Financial Services leaders in the industry. What a joy to read about Digital Transformation from the real world perspective of two people with deep insights and experiences in the financial services industry. The book is full of gems, but I'll share two quotes that resonated with me:"It is not a question of whether branches will be either digital or physical, but more on how they can blend advanced capabilities from both digital and physical branch interaction models" (pg.54). RIGHT ON!"Data is the key to the transformation of financial services ..If data is indeed the new oil, then advanced analytic technologies are the way to refine it" YES, I couldn't agree more!Thank you Guillermo and Mark for a great read. I'll look forward to the sequel where hopefully you can provide a "how to" roadmap for financial services firms looking to accelerate their digital transformation strategies.
