Shires Art Printing Harry Potter - Hufflepuff - Lunch Bag

Nice idea but very disappointing finish. Its a very flimsy lunch box, with no reinforcement other than its back, so any food placed in it runs the risk of being crushed under other lunch bags etc when at school or shoved into a school bag. Also internally its not suitable for housing any food that requires to be kept cool with or without ice pack. Also the zip keeps sticking at a certain point. Not practical as a school lunch box. Very disappointed for the £16 price paid will be returning.

My son loves this lunch box. Previous lunch boxes have been taken by other children with similar ones. This can't be mistaken for anyone elses. Only flaw was the zip was slightly damaged on receipt. One of the teeth was missing but it still works fine so would still recommend.

I am so impressed with the service from Shires Art Printing. Whilst the product they sent had been printed incorrectly they offered me a refund or replacement. It took 4 days from my initial email for them to reply and then action the refund. This was fri-mon. Excellent customer service and I shall be recommending them to others.

I bought this as a present for my sons girlfriend and she adores it! Plenty of room for everything she takes for lunch. Really well made and gorgeous to look at! The personalisation is amazing
