Looks and feels very quality and is a monster in size
I don’t know why i didn’t catch the 15 inch part in the title for some reason i thought this was going to be like a 5 inch blade, don’t know why, so i was pleased to see its WAY bigger than i thought, great for the money.

Needed a bit more sharpening before my first outing with it, but pretty good.
it seems to be weighted/balanced nicely, and I like the case it comes with, which makes it easy to carry in a backpack or two attached to my belt when I am hiking. The knife blade did not come as finely honed as I would've expected/hoped, but it sharpened up nicely with a little work using standard knife sharpening tools. Compared to some of the other options on Amazon, it seemed to be a good value. I can't speak to its longevity yet.

A very great Bowie knife with some potential
Its very great bowie knife from out of the box, came in sharp and pointy. Tested the bowie knife by hack and slash to the log test and it prove be oddly durable. I also tested if it could cut through 3 or 4 inch diameter branch by hacking around the branch which it cuts through easily and also batoning it made more easier to make firewood out of the branch cuts. Overall great bowie knife with some potential however there is some cons about this bowie knife that I thoroughly researched about. This bowie knifes tang is a partial tang meaning that the tang only reaches half of handle which meant to be more for kitchen knives but somehow it is durable from what I tested on the log and branch cuts. And from watching videos about the SZCO bowie knife it has some potential to be useful in bushcraft but I think it can but for smaller uses like cutting branches or bushes to traverse around the woods or build shelters. Again overall great knife with some potential but if this SZCO Bowie knife was a Full tang it would be the tru bushcraft ever to be made by SZCO.

Excellent handle has great shape and pleasant rubber-like texture.
Love the handle, very ergonomic. It's not quite a full tang width, maybe what they call a bolt tang, or a partial tang, but I think it does run the whole length of the handle. The blade might a little bit thin for this size of knife, but that also makes it lighter and easier to handle. The sheath is made of fabric and sometimes the sharp point of the knife can snag on it just a little bit, but it's fine if you're just a bit careful. Good value for the money.

Poor quality chopper, super sharp stabber
First of all I didn't expect a handcrafted knife at this price (under $20) so I don't like to be too critical. Secondly it is a very long and well shaped knife if that's what you're looking for. It'll stab for sure but I'm not so sure it'll make a good chopper. Pro- sharp (I've never had a knife this quality this sharp straight from the factory). Nicely balanced, not too heavy in the handle, not too heavy at the top. I don't have a micrometer to check the thickness but it's not too thin either so if you don't want a knife that needs huge biceps to wield this will be good for you. Cons- as my first picture shows the cheap sheath is about a half inch too small. That's a problem because the tip and sharpness makes me worry it'll wear through quickly with any big push of the knife into the sheath. Also, I noticed some jiggle of the blade so I took it apart (2nd pic). I thought it was a full tang because there were 2 pins holding the handle but it turns out the lower pin is a fake, it's actually a partial tang. I expect it won't hold up long to heavy use. Lastly the handle is really wide even for me and I have big hands. Smaller hands may have a problem with the grip. Overall if you want a cheap sharp stabber that's got some heft and length this is a good knife for you. If you want a solid chopper bushknife this isn't it.

Tactical and practical
No frills or engraved vistas, just a knife big enough to double as a machette. If I lost it, I would not cry as the low cost ($14.62) makes it almost a disposible knife. Worth every penny.

only good for little work
It’s not the most durable is it big but will break if hard on it I broke mine but throwing it but that’s why I got it. it actually is good for a cheap knife and not very sharp but will cut and the point is enough to do damage. The sheath is not bad and the knife actually feels good so only get it for a cheap project like throwing or just to have a knife and not care if it’s gets broken or lost other than that still cool for use and it’s a large knife so a full size Bowie.
